Products and supplier fulfilment

Westbound Camp Co. curates and sells outdoor, camping and vehicle touring products. Products may be stored, supplied, shipped, or fulfilled by approved supplier partners. We aim to provide accurate product information, but availability, specifications, colours, accessories, freight costs, and lead times may change without notice.

Vehicle fitment and suitability

Some products require vehicle, roof-rack, canopy, tub, or mounting compatibility checks. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability before purchase. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help check the relevant details.

Orders and acceptance

An order is not fully confirmed until payment is accepted and supplier stock, freight, and fulfilment requirements have been checked. If an item becomes unavailable or freight is not viable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, timing, or a refund.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. We may update prices at any time. If a pricing or product information error occurs, we may cancel or amend the order and contact you before proceeding.

Shipping

Shipping costs and timeframes vary by product size, destination, supplier location, and carrier availability. Bulky items may require freight quotes or delivery appointment arrangements.

Warranty

Manufacturer and supplier warranties may apply. We will help coordinate warranty claims where possible, but warranty outcomes are determined by the relevant supplier, manufacturer, and Australian Consumer Law.
