Westbound Camp Co. currently focuses on Perth and Western Australia customers. Products may ship directly from supplier partners, manufacturers, or distribution locations depending on the item ordered.
Stock and freight checks
Before fulfilment, we may confirm supplier stock, freight options, vehicle-fitment requirements, and delivery details. If a product is unavailable or freight is not practical for your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, revised timeframe, or refund.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times vary by supplier, product size, destination, and carrier availability. Bulky products such as rooftop tents, awnings, canopies, drawers, coolers, and swags may require additional handling time or freight booking.
Bulky freight
Some products may require depot collection, business-address delivery, tail-lift service, or special freight arrangements. Additional charges may apply if delivery details are incomplete or if the carrier requires special handling.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking or freight details once the supplier or carrier releases them.
