Refund policy

Westbound Camp Co. supplies outdoor, camping and vehicle touring gear through approved supplier partners. Because many items are bulky, vehicle-specific, or ordered through supplier fulfilment, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about fitment, freight, stock availability, or product suitability.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only where the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and approved by Westbound Camp Co. before it is sent back. Return freight and any supplier restocking costs may be the customer's responsibility. Some bulky, special-order, clearance, or vehicle-fitment items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will work with the supplier, carrier, or manufacturer to arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
